Growth is very much dependent on trust. To fully trust is a three-fold commitment: trust of God, trust of self, and trust of the process. Oftentimes in the midst of the tough stuff of life, we may cling to a trust of God and forget we must also trust ourselves and trust the process. This complete trust helps us to embrace the constant change that life brings and to find a graceful way to move through each experience. Complete trust means we must be willing to welcome the greater good that may be seeking expression in our lives. Through complete trust we find blessings in all things.

AFFIRMATION FOR THE WEEK
I trust God, myself and the process in a new way. This trust is attracting to me right and perfect answers to my questions, solutions to my problems, and substance to meet my needs.
