Robin Volker Appreciation opens the heart! When we think about all the things in life that we
appreciate, we feel better and aren't so stressed about what is happening in our current situation. It is very easy to spend our days focused on what is wrong. The next time you
find yourself focusing on your problems, stop and notice how you feel. When we are thinking about the problems that we are facing, we feel worse just thinking about them.
Everywhere we look, there are problems and more problems. It is easy to get into "all or nothing" thinking where everything begins to look like the problem.
From this vibrational state of consciousness, divine ideas, solutions, and guidance cannot flow to us. We are blocking the very solutions we seek. As we think about the
aspects of life that are challenging us right now and then think about the aspects that are going well, we may be surprised to discover that there is far more good happening in our
lives than bad. As we focus our attention on everything that is going well and think thoughts of appreciation, we will feel uplifted, encouraged, and renewed.
From this higher vibration, our resistance around the challenges is lowered, thereby allowing solutions to come forth. This week, appreciate
yourself, your home and family, your car, your work, your body, your garden, your pet, your friends, your spiritual family. The list can go on and
on. Look around you and you will see that you have many more things to be grateful for than you have things to worry about.
Bobby MeFerren's song, "Don't Worry, Be Happy!" seems too simple when life has presented us with a barrage of challenges. Yet as we allow
ourselves to begin to sing this happy tune, the challenges lose their power to drive our lives. Remove all resistance, trust the process, and just
watch how the Universe (God) will orchestrate your life for the highest good for all concerned - especially for you!
THIS WEEK'S AFFIRMATION My life is so good! All things are working together for the highest and perfect outcome of all concerned. I am open to guidance and
direction. Thank you, God.
